Day 01: – Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel, and welcome drinks.
Day 02: – Kathmandu – Flight to Pokhara (30m) , drive to Hille (2/3h) and trek to Ulleri (2h) 2055m
Day 03: – Ulleri – Ghorepani (3/4h) 2860m.
Day 04: – Ghorepani to Poon Hill View Point Tadapani (5/6h) 2590m.
Day 05: – Tadapani – Ghandruk (3/4h) 1940m.
Day 06: – Ghandruk – Kimche (1/2h) and drive to Pokhara (2/3h).
Day 07: – Pokhara sightseeing day.
Day 08: – Pokhara – Flight to Kathmandu (30 min) 1350m.
Day 09: – Departure from Kathmandu to your destination.
Day 01: – Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel, and welcome drinks.
After landing at the Tribhuwan International Airport, we will be greeted by a representative Ice Cap Adventure then you will be transfer to hotel. We then check-in at the hotel, freshen up and take a rest. After resting for a while, there will be a pre-trip discussion for the last minute preparation before the tour. In the evening a welcome dinner will be hosted by Ice Cap Adventure. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: – Kathmandu – Flight to Pokhara (30m) , drive to Hille (2/3h) and trek to Ulleri (2h) 2055m
After breakfast in the morning, take a flight for Pokhara 30 min and drive to Hile. The trek begins from Hile and takes (2 hour) to reach Ulleri. The village is located in the hilly region of Nepal, offers spectacular views of Mountains, valleys and local traditional style villages with local food.
Day 03: – Ulleri – Ghorepani (3/4h) 2860m.
You will embark on a roughly 5-hour trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani. The trail is mostly uphill, passing through quaint villages and terraced fields adorned with Banthanti and Nange Thanti. The trek distance is around 10 kilometers and it takes around 4 to 5 hours to reach Ghorepani.
Day 04: – Ghorepani to Poon Hill View Point Tadapani (5/6h) 2590m.
In the morning, you will start an hour hiking to Poon Hill view point at an elevation of 3,210m a brilliant mountain range spectacle; this vantage point provides an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the high Himalayas. There you spend about 1 hour for photo sessions, videographing the team and the entire Mt.
Dhaulagiri 1, 2, 3 and Mt. Annapurna 1,2,3,4, Mt. Gangapurna, Mt. Manasulu, Mt. Machhapuchhare (Fishtail), Mt. Tukuche, Mt.Lamjung Himal etc. many moremountains will be seen from the top of Poon Hill view point. After enjoying the scenery then returning to Ghorepani to have a hot breakfast at a hotel. Then continue to make a hike along ridges, and through pine trees and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2,960m). After that we descend to the Banthanti, then turn off to Tadapani.
Day 05: – Tadapani – Ghandruk (3/4h) 1940m.
Tadapani to Ghandruk distance is the short easy part of Ghorepani. Tadapani to Ghandruk trek would give you uninterrupted views of the Annapurna range, and fascinating Gurung community villages surrounded by mystic clouds. Tadapani to Ghandruk trek is a perfect combination of nature and culture that offers trekkers the chance to experience the stunning beauty of the Annapurna region. This trek takes you through lush forests, picturesque villages, and provides breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
Day 06: – Ghandruk – Kimche (1/2h) and drive to Pokhara (2/3h).
Trekking from Kimche to Gandruk approximately takes 2 hours. This is the shortest and most relaxing walk of the entire trip. The way up is very beautiful, with rice terraces and high mountains around. The village is charming, with beautiful houses and stone paved alleys . To Reach the Pokhara we drive from Kimche. We will stay overnight in Pokhara before heading to Kathmandu.
Day 07: – Pokhara sightseeing day.
On this day, we visit Pokhara and explore. The Pokhara is best known for the stunning view of the Annapurna range. It is perhaps one of the few places on earth from where mountains above 6,000 m can be seen unobstructed from an altitude of 800 m within the distance of 28 km.
Day 08: – Pokhara – Flight to Kathmandu (30 min) 1350m.
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport and flight back to Kathmandu 30 minutes. After sentiments of room in Kathmandu hotel then you will have lunch and after lunch you will lead by guide to visit Monkey Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square to see Kumari and back to the hotel. will have free time to shop gifts and souvenirs to your friends and family until evening and in evening will have a special farewell dinner in Thamel.
Day 09: – Departure from Kathmandu to your destination.
Your trekking in Nepal comes to an end today. A representative from Ice Cap Adventures will drop you off at the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. Our representative shall assist you with your departure. On your way home you will have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal. We hope that the adventure in this mystic land created a strong and positive impression of our country, enough to bring you back again. Have a happy and a safe journey ahead!
When you make such an adventure travel plan to visit Nepal, please bring your one suitcase and trekking day pack inside or as hand luggage used in Kathmandu. You just need casual clothes, such as jeans and a light jacket, if the evening gets cold.
