Kathmandu valley is undoubtedly the epitome of rich Nepalese culture and heritages that date back to many centuries. However, the outer rims of the valley have its own charm, different than the perpetual vibrancy of the valley. The outer rims of the valley comprise of lush green hills and hill stations, beautiful watersheds and jungles. The Rim Valley cycling tour will provide you with the best of both worlds. Before commencing the cycling tour, we will go for a Kathmandu Valley sightseeing tour. The beautiful valley is home to 7 historic and religious landmarks. We will visit some of these sites as part of the sightseeing tour and we will visit some of them during the cycling tour.
We will begin our tour by cycling to the beautiful Nagi Gompa in Budanilkantha. We will also visit the holy site of Budanilkantha temple. From there we will cycle south-east to reach the beautiful settlement of Chisapani along the banks of beautiful rivers. From Chisopani we will cycle to the very popular viewpoint of east, Bhotechaur. From Bhotechaur, we can have very scenic view of the lush eastern hills and eastern mountains. From there, we will cycle westward to reach the beautiful hilltop settlement of Nagarkot. Nagarkot is very famous for its commendable sunset and sunrise view. From here, we can have a panoramic view of the lofty peaks like Mt. Everest in the east to Mt. Dhaulagiri in the west.
The main highlight of the cycling tour is we will have commendable view of the mountains that dominate the Nepalese skyline and even better panoramic view of the mountains of the Langtang valley like the Langtang Lirung, Mt. Jugal, Mt. Yangri, and Ganesh Himal massif. Another highlight is that we will be able to visit historic Newari settlements like Dhulikhel, Bungmati, and Bhaktapur. We will also be able to visit historic monument sites such as Changu Narayan temple and Namo Budhha monastery. The route consists of muddy and rocky trial, off-beaten roads, technical single tracks, and also stone-paved streets, thus making your experience even more varied and memorable. The rim valley trek is a great way to explore the Kathmandu valley and its outskirts specially if you do not have adequate time but do not want to miss out on anything. While you make plan to visit Nepal please bring your one suitcase and tour day pack inside or as hand luggage use for at Kathmandu. You just need casual clothes such as jeans and a light jacket if the evening time gets cold. Leave your things that you don’t need in Trekking/ Travel at Hotel. Trekking: While you are on the trekking you will have chose according to the menus as: Nepali, India, Chinese, Continental foods and etc.

When we will receive the money we will send you the final invoice with the balance to pay. The balance will be paid at your arrival in Kathmandu.
