Lobuche East and West are two peaks in the Khumbu region with an elevation of 6,155m and 6,145 m, respectively. Lobuche West is a trekking peak but less trekked than Island Peak due to its difficulty level. Only Kwangde and Kusumm Kanguru are more difficult to climb. The ascent to the top is gratifying due to the panoramic view of the region. The trek starts from Lukla to Everest Base Camp at 5,375m. The best months for climbing are March and May in spring and September and November in autumn. Winter is not possible due to heavy snowfall. The itinerary is designed by professional mountaineers and guides with years of experience. All necessary arrangements for food, accommodation, guides, and porters will be made before commencing the trek. The climb offers a memorable experience with its close proximity to the Khumru Glacier and the Valley.
