Day 01: – Arrival in Leh (3500m) of elevation from seas level and transfer to hotel and welcome drinks with briefings about trekking and tours.
While you landing at the Leh airport and we will pickup you from airport and transfer to hotel and short briefing about culture tour in Leh. All the day is keep free for acclimatization elevation of 3500m.
Day 02: – Leh – Visti Saboo Gompa, and SOS village in Choglamsar.
Lately in the morning after your breakfast, we will lead our trip to visit from Leh to historical place at Saboo Gompa, SOS Village at Choglamsar. It is an important destination for those who are interested in studying Tibetan culture. The Central Institute of Buddhist Studies located here features a Tibetan library, handicraft shop, restaurants and medical center.
Day 03: – Leh – Vist Takthok , Chemrey – Hemis Monastery.
After breakfast, we will continue to our another destination at Takthok, Chemry and Hemis Monastery. It’s founded in the 8th century by Guru Padmasambhava, Takthok Gompa is situated around the cave where he meditated. The Chemrey Gompa was build by under the patronage of Sengge Namgyal, the construction of Chemrey Gompa was started in March 1644 A.D. and got completed in 1646 A.D. This monastery is nestled atop of a small hill, whose one side is a dwelling of monks.
The Hemis Monastery, which crosses the Indus River at the Karu Village. It’s founded in the 17th century, between 1602 A.D. TO 1642 A.D., Hemis Monastery is one of the most famous and greatest monastery in Leh – Ladakh.
Day 04: – Leh – Phyang, Basgo, Alchi Monastery.
As usual, after breakfast, you will continue to drive Phyang Gompa located on the main highway to Alchi. It is one of the most beautiful monasteries in Ladakh. Whil you finish visit Phyang Gompa then visit Basgo, which is located along the road to Alchi. When the kingdom of Ladakh got divided in the 15th and 16th century, the Basgo village was an important tourist center in the medieval times.
In the afternoon after lunch , visit the Alchi Gompa. It is a temple complex located within the Alchi village and dates back to the 11th century. It exhibits a seamless blend of Indian and Kashmiri architecture. It is the seat of the Ngri Rimpoche, whose incarnation in embodied in the younger brother of the Dalai Lama. Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 05: – Leh – Alchi, Ridzong, Lamayuru,
In the morning after break fast, you will drive to Lamayuru Monastery and village, which is most popular Monastery in Leh – Ladakh as well as. It’s founded in 11th century, There is a popular legend that the Arhat Madhyantika, a disciple of Buddha, offered holy food and water to satisfy the spirits inhabiting the Gompa.
Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 06: – Lamayuru – Leh
While returning back from Lamayuru to Leh, we turn to visit Ridzong Gompa , which is located in peace environment around the hill.
Day 07: – Leh – Departure from Leh to you destination.
